MINNEAPOLIS Saturday May 12, nearly 1,000 cyclists participated in the 12th annual Allianz MS 60/30 Bike Tour, a one-day, 30- or 60-mile bike tour that started and ended at the Maplewood Community Center in Maplewood, Minn. The National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Minnesota Chapter anticipates that participants raised more than $200,000 to help fund multiple sclerosis research and programs and services for people affected by MS in Minnesota and western Wisconsin.

The Minnesota Chapter would like to thank the following sponsors for their commitment to moving closer toward a world free of MS: Title sponsor Allianz; J&J Distributing; Premium Waters; 104.1 JACK FM; Rollx Vans; Maplewood Community Center; Nikola’s Biscotti; Pearson’s Candy Company; Peace Coffee; Panera Bread; Smead Manufacturing; County Cycles; Freewheel Bike; Gateway Cycle; Get Your Gear Outfitters; Penn Cycle and Tonka Cycle & Ski.

The Allianz MS 60/30 was part of the 2007 MS Bike Tours series.
