MS Society program in Rochester explores physical and emotional fitness

MINNEAPOLIS—The National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Minnesota Chapter will host a program to help people with MS achieve physical and emotional fitness from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 10, at the Ramada Inn and Conference Center in Rochester, Minn.

The Fitness and MS program — hosted by Tom Holtackers, physical therapist, author and person living with MS — explores the importance of emotional and physical fitness in maintaining overall health. Participants receive a free copy of Holtackers’ book, “It Takes Courage: Coping with a Chronic Illness.”
