MS Society program in Hudson explores physical and emotional fitness Feb. 11, 2008 Contact: Emily Wilson MINNEAPOLIS — The National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Minnesota Chapter hosts a program to help people with MS achieve physical and emotional fitness from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, March 6, at the Best Western Hudson House Inn in Hudson, Wis. The Fitness and MS program — hosted by Tom Holtackers, physical therapist, author and person living with MS — explores the importance of emotional and physical fitness in maintaining overall health. Participants will receive a free copy of Holtackers’ book, “It Takes Courage: Coping with a Chronic Illness.” There is no fee to attend this program. The registration deadline is Friday, Feb. 29.
